What is a digital document in Transport Assist?
A simple way to capture CMR details, signatures, PODs and notes from the driver’s phone — all attached to the job number.
How do drivers upload PODs?
Any smartphone. Open the portal, enter the job number, attach the photo and submit. Built for live work.
Do drivers need to download an app?
No. They open a link. If they want, they can add it to the home screen so it feels like an app.
Can I export to Sage, Xero or QuickBooks?
Yes. Export CSV and supporting files that work with Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or most other accounts packages.
What happens if a driver is offline?
Uploads queue and send when the phone is back online. The office still gets the paperwork without rescan drama.
