What is a digital document?
A digital document is a simple way to capture CMR details, signatures, PODs and notes from the driver’s phone, all in one place.
How do drivers upload PODs?
Any smartphone works. Open the portal, enter the job number, attach the photo and submit. It is designed to be quick on live work.
Do drivers need to download an app?
No. Drivers open a link on their phone and use it like a normal webpage. If you want, they can add it to the home screen so it feels like an app.
Can I export to my accounts package?
Yes. Export CSV and supporting files for your own system. Formats can be aligned for Sage, Xero or QuickBooks.
What happens if a driver is offline?
Uploads can be sent when the phone is back online, so the office still gets the paperwork without needing to rescan it later.
